In the late 80's and 90's you could go to stores and find bins of these cheap off-brand VHS releases for under $1-$5 each.
This one claims to be a Woody Woodpecker tape, but only one of the four cartoons actually features Woody Woodpecker.
The quality of the video on the tapes was generally watchable, but poor. This was well before DVD so video resolution wasn't even close to 480.
