The Bungling Builder is a 1971 Beary Family cartoon directed by Paul Smith.
Plot[]
Bessie wants to hire a builder to make a sewing room for the house, but Charlie and Junior decide to build it instead. This, of course, becomes a massive mistake.

•MeTV aired a PAL master from the 90s of the cartoon on Saturday Morning Cartoons and Toon In with Me, which is the same one aired by CTC in Russia.
•A good chunk of this short was animated by an uncredited Les Kline, it can be presumed that he left during the production of this short, hence why his name isn’t listed listed anywhere on the opening credits of the short
