Monster of Ceremonies is the 153rd animated cartoon short subject in the Woody Woodpecker series.

Plot

Professor Grossenfibber invents a machine that can turn an ordinary living being into a large and grotesque monster. Unfortunately for the Professor, he tests his machine on Woody Woodpecker and all mayhem ensues to comedic effect. Woody meets a crazy professor who makes monsters by shooting them with a machine ray. On the second shot, they return to normal.
