On October 2, 2023, The Kellogg Company split into two separated independent companies, Kellanova and WK Kellogg Co. WK Kellogg Co does the North American division of the cereal brands, including Kashi and Bear Naked, while Kellanova does Pop-Tarts, Eggo, Cheez-It, Pringles, Carr's, Austin, Morningstar Farms, Gardenburger, Rxbar, Rice Krispies Treats and the international division of the cereal brands.
