Don Patterson (December 26, 1909 – December 12, 1998) was an American producer, animator, and director who worked at various studios during the Golden age of American animation, including Disney, MGM, Walter Lantz, and Hanna-Barbera. He was the older brother of animator Ray Patterson.
Patterson won a Golden Award at the 1985 Motion Pictures Screen Cartoonists Awards
He began as an inbetween artist at Lantz in 1933 to 1935 after leaving Screen Gems, then return to Lantz as an animator from 1950 to 1960.
